Story Behind the Song:
This is a mix that wasn't used on the single being we ran into some scheduling problems late in the game before release. I was given one week to take the original and do my dirty. By the end of the week I had invested nearly forty hours into the mix and was proud as can be. Later, I was informed everything was mixed too hot for a mastering engineer to really do much with it, it was louder than EVERY other remix I'm told... So I went back and toned it all back, but not before the single was pushed through and the louder mix ended up on the final. I like this version. The effects are cleaner, the vocals have more flow, but in the end I also realized it lacked the same pump as the original. Live and learn I suppose... But no matter loud or soft, this remix ruled. I hope you enjoy it too.
